Working Together
I offer an initial 30 minute free phone consultation so that we can find out more about each other to see if we could work together effectively.
If you decide you would like us to start working together, we will agree a number of sessions – usually for an initial six weeks and review our progress at the end of that time and decide whether you wish to carry on with the sessions. Ideally sessions should be weekly but when we book a series of sessions, we can take account of holidays or times when you aren’t able to attend.
Counselling is not a crisis service so in an emergency when you need help straight away, call 111, 999 or the Samaritans on 116 123.
Fees
£65 for a 60 minute online session or face to face session in St Albans.
Fees are payable through online payment 24 hours in advance of each session.
If you need to cancel a session, please message or email me You will still need to pay for any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
If you fail to attend a session, the full session fee will still apply and must be paid.
You have the right to terminate the counselling sessions at any point. Wherever possible however, it is better that we plan and work towards an ending together.
